These are the 4 simple steps you need to take to become a valued Crocker Lettings client.

Step 1. Once you have chosen the property you like from the vacant properties available, we will need to complete a Tenancy Application Form together with the tenant checklist. We will advise you exactly how much money in total is required. Download form here.


Step 2. Once you have completed the Tenancy Application Form, return it to our office along with a £100 holding deposit ,  this will allow your application to be processed.

Step 3. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you and arrange a date for you to move into the property.

Step 4. The day you move into the property, or before if it is more convenient, the balance of the money is required along with the signing of the legal agreements and inventory. We will then hand over the keys to your new home. No need to worry about contacting the utility companies, we take care of all that for you.

Your ongoing monthly rent is then paid by standing order, leaving you free to enjoy the comforts of your new home.
